Yes, the app is available for download on the iOS App Store and Android Play Store.

The barbers listed on the app have all signed up and have added themselves in our network of barbers for you to find. They have all gone through our validation process. You can always invite your barber to join our community. That option is provided in the app.

Koureman is available for download in Cyprus. We have started off our operation with selected barber shops in Nicosia and specifically Strovolos, Egkomi and Lakatamia. We will soon want to expand and cover the whole of the island.

Our development team is working hard to improve the app and add extra features. If you have any suggestions for us please let us know at support@koureman.com

BARBERS

Barbers shop subscription will soon be available in the Sign up for a Barber. We are well aware that some barber shops operate differently. For the moment, we work to empower individual barbers to be able and operate Koureman offerings. We encourage you to promote your barber shop and discuss with the owner ways to benefit from our services.
If your shop’s owner manages the barbershop in a different way; talk to them about Koureman to see if we can be help. We will support any decision set by your Barber shop or try work out a solution.

Best way is to complete your profile by adding all the necessary information e.g. address, hours, services available, pricing and portfolio. That will make your profile more attractive. Our community of users looking for their best fit barber is growing rapidly and they will soon discover you. Also note that, barbers with clear, good quality photos from multiple angles at their portfolios get booked most frequently and repeatedly.
In the settings of the app you can create a custom profile link that will direct clients to download the app and display your profile immediately after sign up. You can share the link in your social media networks. You can let them know they can book through the app and the benefits Koureman offers them and also reach new clients.

For the moment, we do not support such a feature in the app. However, we are working on private reviews and a thumbs up system. Each barber can receive a private review or a thumbs up after an appointment is completed. We highly advice you to encourage your clients to let you know what they think; you can only improve! Let us know what you think as well. A happy customer will be able to recommend you to a friend as well!

In the Schedule page there is an Exceptions option where you can manage times where you cannot perform your duties or you are simply just taking a break. If these times interact with the current booked hours then you can proceed to cancel your existing bookings and leave a message to your clients. They will be notified and a notification will ask them to reschedule with you in most convenient time available.

Barbers will receive a notification an hour prior their first appointment of the day with a summary of their appointments. Clients that book through Koureman receive reminder notifications 2 hours before their upcoming appointment if they’ve enabled notifications from Koureman app.

At the moment this feature is not supported. You can however read your clients comment when the appointment was booked for any special request. We are investigating the possibility to create a  chat between the barber and their clients prior their appointment. Barber will be able to send a message to all their clients that had their birthday.

Yes! At the Schedule page you should be able to see Cancellation and No-Show Policy and rules.

You can edit these policies with your preferences on how long prior the booking the client can cancel and the amount you would charge in such occasions, e.g. charge a small fix rate if the client cancels last minute and leave your slot empty. You can make a change on these policies once every 48 hours. Your clients will be able to read these policies while in your profile, before or after booking.

We will add a thumbs down feature in the future towards the customer that did not show to warn you or other barbers in the future.

After the free 45 -day trial, there is monthly subscription fee.

You can pay for your subscription using a valid credit/debit card. You can manage your subscription from the Subscription Portal in the app any time you wish. You will be able to see your past/upcoming payments, change your subscription, and update your payment method.

You will receive a reminder notification 2 hours prior your appointment as long as you have enabled notifications for Koureman app on your mobile device.

Yes! Simply book back to back appointments with whatever services are needed and let your barber know in the comment section before your booking check out.

Cancel the appointment with your barber as soon as you can to inconvenience for your barber!

Yes, we currently do not have a web access version but we plan to build it later. Let us know if you think web access would be useful for you at support@koureman.com

The app is free to download and use for clients. Clients may be charged a service fee for any payments made through the app.
